- payment and transaction records where paid services are used (card details should be handled by the payment provider rather than stored by us);
- information you choose to provide about educational needs or reasonable adjustments;
- technical information needed to keep the website secure and working; and
- records relating to safeguarding concerns where this is necessary to protect a child.
Please avoid sending sensitive information unless it is genuinely needed for us to teach safely or make an appropriate adjustment.
3. Why we use personal information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, arrange and deliver lessons, communicate with parents or carers, tailor learning, manage payments and records, deal with complaints, keep children safe, prevent misuse and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
Our lawful bases may include taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, complying with a legal obligation, our legitimate interests in running a safe and effective tuition service, and consent where the law requires it.
4. Children's information
Because our services concern children, we take particular care with their information. We aim to collect only what is reasonably needed to teach, communicate with the parent or carer, support progress and safeguard the learner.
We do not use children's information for behavioural advertising, sell children's personal information, or intentionally profile children for advertising. Parent or carer contact details should be used for routine account, booking and support communications.

Safeguarding records may need to be retained for longer where this is necessary and lawful.

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not send unnecessary sensitive information by ordinary email.
