1. Our approach
My Future Education wants its website and lesson information to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technologies.
2. Accessibility goals
We aim to follow recognised accessibility good practice and WCAG 2.2 AA principles where reasonably practicable. The refreshed website includes semantic headings, keyboard-focus support, readable contrast, responsive layouts, labelled form controls and a skip link.
This statement is an accessibility commitment, not a claim that every page or third-party service has been independently certified as fully conformant.
3. Third-party services
Video-conferencing, payment or other third-party services may have accessibility features and limitations outside our direct control. If a third-party service creates a barrier, please contact us and we will consider a reasonable alternative where practicable.
4. Lesson adjustments
Parents and carers are encouraged to tell us about reasonable adjustments that may help a learner participate. We will consider requests individually based on the learner's needs and the nature of the tuition.
5. Report an accessibility problem
If you cannot access information on the website or need it in another format, email info@myfuturedu.com. Please tell us what you were trying to access and what would help.
